Are
the Vaults big enough to hold all my furniture, even the large items?
Each
Vault is 5’x8’x7’ tall and can hold up to 2000lbs, that’s
280 cubic feet of storage space.
Our Vaults are designed to store most household items, including large items
like a king size mattress, sofa, washer, dryer, refrigerators, etc. We have
received several comments from our customer who say they are amazed at how
much fits into one of our Vaults.
The following is a sample list of items we where able to
fit into 1 Vault:

How
many Vaults will I need?
Our experience
has shown you can fit about 1 1/2 rooms of furniture into one of our storage
Vaults. We also offer the convenience of delivering one more Vault than
you may need, if you don’t use it that’s ok, you only pay
for the Vaults you use. Please give our knowledgeable customer service
agents a call at 1-888-900-5669 and they will help you determine the number
of Vaults you need based on your specific situation.
How
long can I have to load the Vaults?
We understand
the last thing you need when you’re moving and storing your belongings
is to be under a time crunch. To help make the entire process easier for
our customers we can leave Vaults at your location for up to 7 days.
Were
will you place the Vaults when they are delivered?
Our goal is to place the Vaults wherever
it is most convenient for you to load them. Normally we place them on
a driveway or in parking space. Two Vaults fit perfectly into a standard
size parking space. Providing we have a fairly level surface to place
the Vaults on there will not be a problem. We’ve been delivering
Vaults for a long time and haven’t missed a delivery yet.
Can
I access my things once they are in storage?
Yes, just give
us a call by 4pm the day before and we’ll have your Vaults brought
down to our customer viewing area. Once staged in this area you can access
your Vault/s from 7am to 7pm every day until they are returned to the
main storage area.
